Cirencester’s Phoenix Festival is a great example of community partnerships in action;
- Cirencester Town Council (CTC) provides the land at no cost along with administrative and financial support.
- Cirencester Community Development Trust (CCDT), funded by Cirencester Town Council, provides support for the event in a number of ways.
- Ozone Youth Club, also funded by CTC, came up with the original concept and help shape the event.
- The Committee is a group of tireless volunteers; local business people, students, the young, the young at heart, retired, councillors, the town’s Mayor and many more!
